Online university operated by entrepreneurs for students to practice languages.
The Transnational Institute of Culture (TIC) is an online university operated by entrepreneurs who enable the students to "practice" foreign languages while the entrepreneurs serve as "scholastic practitioners" teaching one or more six week courses enabling the entrepreneur scholastic practitioner to assess the student or even foreign entrepreneur as a possible new employee and/or even a business partner. Together they can eventually formalize their relationship into mutually agreeable forms.

Build Your Enterprise Using the Internet
Get business coaching while practicing English as a second language.
The Transnational Institute of Culture (TIC) is an online university operated by entrepreneurs who we call "scholar practitioners." The scholar practitioners teach one or more six week courses that facilitate business growth in one or two ways: you assess the student as a possible new employee and/or whether the student can assist in expanding your enterprise. This works especially well if the student has entrepreneurial skills. Without doubt it works well when there is synergy between the scholar practitioner and the student.
Hence the students get an opportunity to be hired as well as to be considered to do a business venture with the entrepreneur. The fees to join the TIC as a scholastic practitioner are negotiated by the TIC when you join.
The TIC is seeking both scholar practitioners and students who are interested in teamwork, critical thinking, communications, foreign languages, foreign cultures, global markets, business consulting, event planning, photography and real estate acquisition. At the TIC entrepreneurs lead the virtual university which enables the TIC to operate just a little different than a traditional university. As an institution operated by entrepreneurs the TIC focuses on business growth and infra-structure support services because we use of the 9 P's in marketing.
As the founder of the TIC, I have over 30 years of demonstrated experience in both the public and private sectors providing business and corporate coaching, especially business development support consulting services to companies doing business with the federal government. Also I have demonstrated experience in security, transformation management, information assurance (IA) and risk management consulting.
I am a Business and Corporate Consultant with strongly demonstrated domestic and international experience in risk analysis, information assurance (IA) and homeland security.
Specialties:
Business consulting, risk analysis, security, information assurance, corporate and business development are some of my skills. These skills are available to entrepreneurs who want to team with us and increase their business expansion. Ask and you can learn how to make this happen using the virtual university. Currently we are improving the Transnational Institute of Culture (TIC) for entrepreneurs to use in executing your "promotion plans" and expanding your enterprise through hires and business ventures.
TIC Divisions and Departments:
The International Division
...empower and support transnational entrepreneurs
The Health Division
... to empower you to achieve total health and prosperity.

The course is a six week program with six one hour interactive class sessions on skype. Three assignments to be done outside of class as homework.
Sessions:
1st week – Receive orientation with first assignment. At this session a handout is provided the students which will be similar to the Curriculum Course Description for surfacing “credit worthy persons.” The definition of a credit worthy person is discussed and questions are received. The homework is that the student develops a work plan to perform Center research in locating and researching candidates who are credit worthy.
2nd week – Receive second assignment with review of first assignment. At this session the student is given a handout that suggests steps that can be done to locate candidates. Discussion follows with the work of the students is discussed and blended with the handout.
3rd week – Receive third assignment with review of second assignment. A handout with expectations on results is given to the students. A discussion is held discussing the results of the students merged with the model from the handout.
4th week - Receive fourth assignment with review of third assignment. Each student is to present basic information so that a sales person can contact and interview the prospect. A list of prerequisites are developed on the credit worthy person.
5th week – prep for the final with review of the fourth assignment
6th week – final oral and take home final.
List the four assignments with a brief description.
Discuss each of the six class sessions with an outline of topics etc.

Handout #1
The actual curriculum

Weekly summary
Can you imagine that in reviewing one person’s resume I have identified over 40 courses that the person can offer under the TIC?
Here are the top two courses this person can offer:
1. Project Management
2. Being a CEO
I continued and noted the third course (3) real estate investing. Since most people generally make real estate investment and activities, there are subject matter experts (SEMs) that can be put into a course. Remember Kentucky Fried Chicken is in the real estate business first. So a real estate course is the third course.
Let me continue with the courses listings.
4. Program management
5. Meeting planning
6. Urban studies
7. Communications
8. Organizational management
9. Business Development
10. Administrative management
11. Contract management
12. Operating conferences
13. Acquisition evaluations
14. Work Planning (I bet that could included Exit and Transit planning as well)
Progress meeting organization and planning
15. Real estate acquisition
16. Multimedia presenting
17. Notary Public
18. Strategic Planning
19. Improving your communications – writing
20. Budget management
21. Administration
22. Managing programs
23. Managing projects
So let's say I offer a six week course on how to do promotions.
I decided to share this template for the curriculum outline with everyone as a model curriculum. This template is not in stone. However we will accept recommendations for improving it.
Here are the steps that I have used in designing the course.
The course is a six week program with six one hour interactive sessions with three assignments to be done outside of class.

2nd week – Receive second assignment with review of first assignment

5th week – prep for the final with review of the fourth assignment
6th week – final oral and take home final.
List the four assignments with a brief description.
Discuss each of the six class session with an outline of topics etc.
Note this will work is for English Practice, right?
Now you only have to the words related to the topic of the course and for me I would put in those points and features of promotion that I want to teach. Since I would share my 9 p’s marketing plan template I would pull or extract the p on promotion and use it.
